Jane Oteba Njoroge is a Monitoring, Evaluation and Knowledge Management Expert and Scholar, currently working as Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at The United Nations Resident Coordinators Office in Nairobi.

Jane brings over twenty years’ experience in planning, monitoring and evaluation, and donor reporting having served in senior regional positions as a specialist and advisor with institutions like UN Women (ESA), Pact Inc. (USAID), Regional Aids Training Network, MS-Training Centre for Development Cooperation (Danida), Agha Khan Foundation (East Africa), IIRR and DFID.
